Small Changes Could Prevent Gun Death

After
the sickening slaughter of the Sandy Hook Elementary School children, teachers,
and caretakers Guy Sides wanted the people to see the danger of gun. Everybody
recognizes the Second Amendment (the right to bear arms/firearm), but it could
be also limited to what kind of guns you can have. So he asked what we can do
so that we can permanently stop the violence of mass shootings. First, guns
must be recognize as weapons designed to kill; second, the amount of bullets
fired from a gun at a brief amount of time means more killings can occur.
His response to these problems is: First,
prohibit assault rifles from the stores and private citizens; and second, limit
the number bullet in the clip to no more than seven to ten rounds in a gun. The
ultimate problem for gun we face today is safety. Almost three hundred million
own gun, but in 2009 there has been one hundred seventy-three preschool-age
children and eighty-nine law enforcements are killed by guns, and the grand
total of gun death are thirty thousand less than half the people who own guns
(with forty percent are murder, suicides, or accidents). In 2015 people predict
that death by gun will exceed the number of car accidents.
The following processer proclaimed by Guy
Sides to help with safety is: first, background checks on everyone who purchase
a gun; second, register all guns; third, gun safety training; and fourth, gun
safety lock on all firearms at the time of purchase. Some gun experts encourage
citizen to bring gun out in public to
lessen the concealed weapons, requiring teacher to pack heat in the classroom,
or the NRA suggest to bring police officer with more firepower in every known school. Finally he explained
it is a public health issue, together we all can vote to restrict the mass
murder, and put more to the issue of protecting our children without weapon but
with safety. So talk to everyone you known that has common senses for we don’t
have an hour to waste.

I do
agree with Guy Sides that we should resist some freedom of gun owners, yet I
don’t think it’s a health issue more like a political issue. A health issues
something like an epidemic, but he should have explains why gun safety has to involves
health in general. Everyone including me agree that teacher with gun is a bad
idea quote Miss. Miller “You would want me carrying a gun” because she has some
anger issue in the past. The NRA in
government funded organization who only care gun and willing to do anything to keep their gun; I mean if they’re
so worried about keeping their gun they should started being safe with them. The
terms has been set for the gun control by Guy Sides and even though I am
free-spirit and don't for many thing but I would vote for the gun safety to
protect everyone from ourselves.
